FDI has launched an upgraded version of its Whole Body Health platform, a comprehensive digital resource that supports dental practitioners and other health professionals in understanding and promoting the strong links between oral health and overall systemic health.
The updated platform offers expanded scientific content, including guidance on recognizing and managing oral manifestations of systemic diseases, as well as new resources to help dentists and dental teams integrate whole body health approaches into daily practice. By highlighting the associations between oral health and noncommunicable diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and other systemic conditions, the platform aims to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration and support improved patient diagnosis and management.

A dedicated webinar will take place on the FDI Oral Health Campus on Monday, 23 February at 9:00 AM CET, to introduce users to the platform’s new features and demonstrate how it can be effectively used in clinical and educational settings. The session will provide an overview of the upgraded platform, showcase key resources, and offer participants the opportunity to engage with experts and ask questions.
Dental practitioners and other health professionals are encouraged to attend and explore how the Whole Body Health platform can support integrated, patient-centred care.
