Dr. Ho is a Senior Dental Officer at Hong Kong Children’s Hospital and a part-time lecturer at the University of Hong Kong. She graduated with distinction in 2008 and holds memberships and fellowships in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Her interests include obstructive sleep apnea and craniofacial
deformities. She actively promotes her field regionally and internationally and is a Council Member of the Hong Kong Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the founding president of the Hong Kong Association of Dental Sleep Medicine.

Abstract :
Osteonecrosis of the jaw (ONJ) is a significant condition that can have severe implications for dental patients, particularly those undergoing certain medical treatments such as bisphosphonates and radiotherapy. This presentation will provide updated practical knowledge and strategies for effectively managing patients at risk of or presenting with ONJ, thereby enhancing patient outcomes and care.
