The application shall be accompanied by:

• the constitution of the organization;
• documents attesting to the legal and professional status of the organization;
• documents verifying the number of current members of the organization.

Applications for Supporting membership are received by the Council and submitted to the General Assembly with a Council recommendation. Membership will start after approval by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the General Assembly present and after receipt of the first annual subscription fee.
