SDFDS Annual Meeting 2025
Join us for the SDFDS Annual Meeting 2025 in Xi’an, China on 5-8 Sept 2025!
The next SDFDS Annual Meeting will take place in Xi’an, China from 5th to 8th September 2025 and we invite all our military dental professionals worldwide to attend what promises to be an exciting and eventful meeting!
Hosts
With the support of the SDFDS Executive Committee, the meeting will locally be jointly organised by the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (CPLA) Stomatological Committee and The Third Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University (formerly known as School of Stomatology, the Fourth Military Medical University).
Venue
The venue for the Scientific Programme will be the Sofitel Xi’an on Renmin Square Hotel, Xi'an, China.

Programme
The programme for the SDFDS Annual Meeting 2025 is as follows:
- Fri 05 Sept 25: Registration and check-in, SDFDS Executive Committee Meeting and Cold Buffet
- Sat 06 Sept 25: Opening Ceremony, Attending Scientific Program Day 1 and Welcome Reception
- Sun 07 Sept 25: Attending Scientific Program Day 2, Presentation by the Host of the 2026 World Military Dental Congress and Closing Ceremony
- Mon 08 Sept 25: Visits and Exchanges (Museums and National Key Institutions), Cultural Activities (Terracotta Warriors and the Grand Tang Mall)
- Tue 09 Sept 25: Guest Departure

Call for Abstracts
If you wish to deliver a presentation at the meeting on a topic relevant to any aspect of military dentistry, kindly complete the Abstract Form attached below and send to the SDFDS Secretary at sdfd.services@gmail.com, cc copy to AFMUSDFDS@163.com no later than 30 June 2025.
